Vesa Klemettilä – Founder
Vesa has over 30 years of experience in project and technical management. Before founding Forean, he spent more than 10 years as Technical Director at Trevian Asset Management and Aldon Capital.
He has led large-scale RE projects exceeding €150 million in value and advised on real estate transactions totaling over €500 million.
Vesa has extensive experience managing real estate portfolios for international and local investors and leading both in-house technical teams and external service networks.
Additionally, he has extensive experience in developing technical services and operating models at Nokia.
He holds a degree in Civil Engineering and is a certified Real Estate Director and Project Manager.
